USALocations.com 2011 a review.

Well its been a long year 2011 the first year since 2003 that I have not flown over to the USA . I got myself a new Job and got a new tenant for my property in the USA. I have decided to rent out long term and go to break even. The bills for Air conditioning repairs and window repairs after a property break in were rather painful to say the least. It was quite a shock as I spent months researching the neighbourhood and chose a good one , with a low crime rate. The only thing you can not allow for are the tenants collection of so called friends and what happens when they upset them.. Anyway I am Glad to report that the current tenant is a model one and has been excellent. What doe's the future hold , well we have had 7 people sign up for Florida investments spoke to over 100 people face to face and given on average one property presentation a month. 2012 is almost here and I look forward to it although I have no plans to fly over to Florida within the next 6-9 months .I will be writing my book about my roadtips to Owendale MI and my adventures on all my trips. Why do UK companies sell more than you do?

excellent question.. Better Marketing , better publishing, better backed up. AIPP the organisation and industry voice is an excellent example of this. Their awards only get awarded to their own members, ie to be considered for any award you have to pay. I have many examples of Compare the markup and its weird how the best deal is promised and its very obvious and clear to see , that its not the investor that is being put first. In this day and age I think its a fact that people are very suspicious of every organisation. When I set out to get a better deal for all UK investors, I never expected to get the resistance that I have found. I will continue and intensify my promotion during 2012 and that will start by producing a calendar of events and sticking to it . UK based REALTOR , so whats the advantage?

My Favourite USA roadtrip so far.

2008 I travelled the full length of the USA from Key west right up to my own name sake town of Owendale..
The photo above is me travelling from Key west to Orlando.. I did have an evening in Miami and stayed in south beach,  The tattoo shop was closed so I missed that experiance..but I did have a great evening talking to a few people who were originally from Manchester and now live in Miami. I had to ask "Do you miss Manchester?" to which they Just laughed at me. Anyway the roadtrip Miami to Key west and then Key west to Orlando was an experiance that was simply Fantastic. I stopped several times to take in the view and the almost 100 photos I took during my trip , shows how much I enjoyed the whole journey.
I hope to repeat the trip , whenever someone from the UK wants a piece of Luxury real estate I would love to assist and drive you to property viewing.
Well I am a fully licensed Realtor for Florida , so I can get the deal started right here in the UK
and to my knowledge there is no other REALTOR that is UK based. Although several people have passed the Florida state exam over the last 10 years.

2 weeks of unreal discovery

Well I have visited a UK property site that is apparently No1 when it comes to property searching..
and picked out a few USA deals at random they looked excellent , well if you believe the comments and the copied  USA Multi Listing Service Photographs without acknowledgement..
 Amazingly I have found a little difference in the deals. 
UK +$140000 !!
UK + $50000 !!
UK + $40000 !!
UK + $49000 !
I looked at the MLS for price drops just to be sure , NO price drops?
I KNOW the uk based company has got bad typing skills and they are typing errors .
Well I will find out this week I will actually ask them on the phone..
OH and they are also members of my favourite organisation claiming to favour  better deals for
the UK public and to see that clients are treated right . I may also give them a ring, after my quizzing the fact about being a non profit organisation yet a few of their executives were being paid a salary of over £60'000 a year!!  Pardon me but would we all like a salary like that!!

WHY do i do all this , Simple during 2003 I was sick of the UK based so called USA experts that simply add to any USA deal. I have invested myself and gone direct , I can now provide an excellent REALTOR service right here in the UK.

Actions speak louder then words and I have taken action against the UK based so called experts.
Please help USALocations with our simple quest ,  a better deal for every UK and EU based person that is thinking about USA Investing.

USALocations weekly blog. starting 15th August

hi everyone  to  celebrate our growing support and the growth in the promotion of USAlocations i will be doing a weekly blog using blogger.

The presentations given recently when I asked someone to step forward and use google on my laptop to find the UK based websites that add those dreaded UK Fees..
I tell them the string to type in and then tour around the sites and compare with what actually is available in detroit for instance. 
One guy from the UK west coast has called me , a fully licensed REALTOR naive when it comes to USA property investments..  My presentation quickly makes a complete mockery of this and the people are quick to pick up on plain ordinary facts they shine out  for everyone to see.
Infact the comment about never getting in touch with him again makes everyone laugh, The comments made that evening ..
How does the guy stay in business with an attitude like that?
What service can he actually provide that I can't?
I did ask a few members of the group to email him and compare like for like , they replied what a complete and utter waste of time that would be.. FACT of the matter is I clearly and openly show people his website and the deals and then show actual Detroit Listings live .. GEE WHIZZ its so Hilarious to get the reactions.
 and there are several UK based Companies  set up marketing Detroit property..
